Current position:  Professor.  Department of Veterinary Diagnostic and Production Animal Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa USA.

Research: 

1) primary focus on prevention, control, elimination of infectious diseases of swine;

2) development of diagnostic assays utilizing non-traditional specimens, e.g., oral fluids and other aggregate samples;

3) aggregate sample-based surveillance of swine populations using statistically valid approaches.

Publications:  Co-editor - Diseases of Swine (9th, 10th, 11th editions).  Refereed publications (n ~145).
